TrygVesta understands Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a social commitment that contributes to enhancing peace of mind and a sustainable development in society while at the same time generating long-term growth and sustainable results for TrygVesta. From this platform, TrygVesta’s CSR efforts follow these principal lines:

We believe in doing business while also taking responsibility, and we therefore seek to make CSR an integral part of our day-to-day operations. This applies to the development of new products and services as well as to recruiting and retaining employees. CSR has always existed in TrygVesta. It is inherent to the way we think and act.

 • 

We consider CSR a driver of innovation and growth. Challenges and opportunities go hand in hand. We see a potential for new employees in our social responsibility and business potential in new products, services and advice to our customers in the movement towards greater global sustainability.

Our CSR efforts are strongly anchored in our organisation. We have a CSR board chaired by Group CEO Stine Bosse. 

 • 

We pursue an open communication policy, making information about the Group’s social commitment available. We intend to disclose goals and performance documentation and to publish our ongoing CSR activities.

 • 

We are in the process of defining a comprehensive CSR framework. The work to develop the framework, contents and communication of our social activities will continue in the years to come.
