How do we choose our trainees?
Recruiting the right person for the job is important for the employer as well as the employee. In TrygVesta, we therefore focus on making a professional and fair selection of our Nordic management trainees.
In collaboration with external consultants, TrygVesta's recruitment advisors are in charge of the selection of trainees. The assessment of the candidate is based on interview, tests and exercise. The tests comprise an ability test and a personal test, and the exercise comprises individual exercise as well as group exercise. We practice several methods for the assessment to create a more broad and versatile picture of the candidate. The methods are standardised which means that all candidates are on equal terms.

The recruitment process is in spring 2008 and the trainee programme initiates in autumn 2008
