2/2008 Reporting of the Group Executive Management's stock-based incentive programme
Statement of transactions by members of senior management and their related parties in shares issued by TrygVesta and related securities, cf. section 28a of the Danish Securities Trading Act.
Options granted in 2008 entitle the holder to acquire shares at DKK 416.06, which equals the average price plus 10% of TrygVesta shares (“all trades”) as quoted on OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen on 25 February 2008. The options were granted on 3 April 2008.
Each option entitles the holder to acquire one share at the exercise price. Options cannot be exercised earlier than three years after the date of grant and not later than five years after the date of grant.
