Members of the Supervisory Board receive a fixed annual remuneration approved by the shareholders in general meeting. Members of the Supervisory Board receive no bonus and do not participate in any severance plans.

Members of the audit committee receive an annual fee of DKK 100,000 and the chairman of the committee receives DKK 150,000. In 2007 the chairman and deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board functioned as the nomintion committee without recieving any fees.
