We have established our own innovation processes of generating ideas and conceptualising the development of specific business plans. A separate business centre, BusinessLab, work together with a series of key employees to secure the implementation of relevant innovation projects and generation of innovative competences in all parts of the Group.
Insight, collaboration, prototyping and a combination of a rational and process oriented mindset are central to our approach to innovation. We strive to create innovations that make a difference for individuals and society in general and we use people with backgrounds in humanistic disciplines such as philosophy, theatre science, music and design in addition to the classical economical and technological disciplines.
